Great Product, fast shipping. I'm very impressed with the audio quality on the device, Its just like a home telephone over the old telephone lines. I'd recommend this to anyone that has a GV Account. Buying a second one as i find it such a cost saving device!

Bought this for use in Montréal, and it works great. Not as glithchy as MagicJack (which I have had for 2 years), at times clearer that a landline. The trick is to configure it well (there's a learning curve involved here, so it's not an easy solution like MJ or Ooma) and to choose a good service provider. I use it with Anveo.com for incoming calls ($2 per month for unlimited calls received) and voip.ms for outgoing calls (half a penny per minute). I tried Ooma also and gave up because of voice clarity issues after 3 months, although I've heard of others being quite satisfied with it.

Works well with some routers, but I had problems with Netgear. Not sure if it is the Obihai or the free phone line service. When it does work, the audio quality is good. It is eventually easy to set up, although a bit frustrating until you have tried it several times. The instruction could be vastly improved
