5.0 out of 5 stars A Heart so Fantastic, Sep 28 2005

First of all I want to address the fans who are confused about the point of an adaptation. When you read a book you get infinitely more involved with your characters than television allows. I for one am glad for this follow-up as I have always been a fan of Brook and can confirm that she is much more than meets the eye. Like the Grinch I get to see that Brook's heart is actually larger than people are led to believe on the show. I would recommend it to fans or foes.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Heart So True, Sep 28 2005

Because of this rad book, my summer at my granparents house was bearable. I am 14 years old and I am not the biggest fan of the show, but this book was so much fun to read! There were times when I wanted to keep going but I would force myself to put it down so that I would have something to look forward to the next day. I've only had that experience reading Bridget Jones and my mom's Judy Blume books. I can't wait for number three. If you love to daydream, you will love this book!

A Kid's Review - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: One Tree Hill #2: A Heart So True (Paperback)
I am a huge fan of One Tree Hill and watch it every week. This book is by far the best One Tree Hill book. It shows all of Brooke's feeling and emotions and they writing is really great. I am a huge fan of the Brooke/Lucas relationship and of Brooke. Now if you like the Lucas/Peyton relationship or just don't like Brooke then this probably isn't the book for you. The book is mostly based around Brooke recovering from the heartache that the whole Brooke/Lucas/Peyton love triangle caused her. It most shows Brooke's relationship with Lucas,Peyton, and her parents...which is a good thing that we get to read something about her parents cause they aren't involved in the show that much. Overall this is a great book and once you pick it up you won't be able to put it down.
