Great book! Feb. 3 2013
By CLane - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book is very instructive for young people just starting out or adults who never learned to take control of their finances. The book is concise and not overwhelming. She gives budgeting tips, provides charts, takes you from just starting out through retirement with all the ups and downs that can happen in life. She also shows that you can do this with just pencil and paper or use a computer. You don't have to buy software. I purchased this for my daughters who have recently graduated from high school. After reading it I plan to give it to every graduate I can.

This book is excellent - wish I had known about it before. Recalculated budget, everythihng should be paid off much sooner. Look at interest rates on credit cards more closely.A diffinent eye-opener. Everyone should read.

Just not my cup of tea Oct. 5 2014
By ReaderMommy22 - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This seemed like a book on how to try to save money. Not all people budget to save money. A budget is simply knowing where your money is going. I don't care for this, but others may.
