The best Self-Improvement book Ive ever read,
By "frankfz" (San Jose, CA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self (Paperback)
Due to the unprecedented stress at work, I was about to explode about 2 months ago. Examining never finished task list, not friendly coworkers and continuous 10 to 12 hours work per day, I was desperate looking for help. I picked this book based on previous readers' review and read the book from cover to cover and follow those great suggestions in 2 months time frame. I feel never under control and confidence in my life. The book is easy to read, well organized, full of great examples. It does not only strengthen my inner soul but also tutor me how to communicate with others better. Thank you so much, Rosalene!

A quantum leap in personal & professional development.,
This review is from: Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self (Paperback)
As an executive coach, I understand why Optimal Thinking is overtaking defective positive thinking programs in large and small business. Optimal Thinking is a solid, universal concept for realists. This book clears up misinformation about positive thinking that confuses many people, and offers a valid solution. Optimal Thinking is easy to read, and shows you how to OPTIMIZE (instead of manage) any situation. The author provides roadmaps to follow and the examples are concise. Optimal thinking is THE necessary ingredient for personal and professional optimization.

Optimal Book for you, your children & grandchildren,
By A Customer
This review is from: Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self (Paperback)
My first exposure to Optimal Thinking was at a National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) event where Dr. Glickman was the keynote speaker. At the time I was going through my second divorce and I was struggling to keep my life and business together. I felt exhilarated by her presentation of Optimal Thinking and enrolled in her coaching program. This was the best choice I have ever made. Dr. Glickman empowered me to overcome patterns of self-sabotage (compulsive spending and attaching myself to verbally abusive people) I had worried about for many years. She showed me how to let go of concerns that were out of my control and how to immediately focus my attention on optimizing what is in my control. She gave me roadmaps to become emotionally self-reliant and taught me how to bring my best self to every situation and bring out the best in others. After 10 weeks of coaching and equipped with Optimal Thinking, I was full of energy and had a realistic optimal plan for success. Optimal Thinking really turned my life around. I have achieved more than I thought was even possible, and I love life and make the most of every day. You will find a lot of the information I obtained from Dr. Glickman in this superb book.
