This book is full of great recipes. I have used at least 30 of the recipes and their variations. One of the best things about this book is that is almost always gives you additional ways to make the recipe. For example, if you've made the plum torte, but want to try it with apples, you can, because they give directions for using apples at the end of the recipe. I found this to be extremely useful.

LOVE this easy to use cookbook. So sad that it's out of print, but you can find copies here. I use the olive oil recipe for all our pizza's and the focaccia is to die for!!!!!
