It's kind of a strange albulm because it's only got one song yet it has 3 tracks.The first track is like an hour long divided into 2 parts. The first part is 45 minutes long-and then it breaks a little while and it goes into part 2 which is 15 minutes long. The second track is a bell ringing once, it signifies the meditation and then on in it's all quiet. It's kind of strange but it's a meditation cd. It's not a boring-will put you to sleep-meditation trance either. It's rather funky and cool. I like it alot and wish I could find more meditation cds like this one.

Great for meditation, and for general relaxation, energy work, etc. Very powerful, continuous and deep!!! Well worth the $$$.

I was very disappointed. I expected something really good to meditate to. It's OK for moving meditation; the music is very repetative. I would give it 2 1/2 stars at most...
