I find that this case for the Blackberry Torch 9860 does not fit snugly enough for the phone, it is very loose which doesn't make for great handling, and also allows a lot of dirt, dust and lint to get inside. I wish there had been more pictures for the product so it would be clear what a customer is purchasing.

it does help protect the phone if you drop it, and for that its worth the ten bucks and it is much slimmer than teh other otterbox designs out there.the cons to it are the phone heats up fast in it, I've been having issues with the phone locking up and its only when its in the otterbox silicone sleeve.
the other con is the otterbox starts out tacky but soon it is slick, its tacky enough now after a month that it hangs up in my pocket but its slick enough that when I haul it out hard as I must to get it out of my jacket or shirt pocket that it usually goes flying because I cant hang onto it anymore, the spots it gets worn turn slippery .
I would recommend it, its ok, and for the cost I dont mind replacing it a couple times a year as long as it keeps coming with the screen protector, that is a nice bonus.
overall, it will help you save the phone when it gets dropped but it isnt the perfect solution to protecting the phone either. It does fit the 9850 torch perfectly.

Because of the big opening of the screen, this type of soft rubber material cannot form a good/solid edge around the screen. Both side of screen the case does not have tight fit.Volume control button become very hard to use with this case. Some of the reviews are right, it is kind of slippery. I know it's non-slippery material but it is little bit slippery
