This review is from: Over 40 & Gettin' Stronger: An easy-to-learn strength training workout for adults (Paperback)
This book is full of photos and easy-to-follow instructions. It shows you how to build muscle, strengthen your legs, improve posture and firm up all over. It's great to know anyone at any age can build muscle as fast as a 21-year-old -- if you are willing to do the exercises. Thank you, Phyllis Rogers.
