This book falls short of the mark. In a nutshell, the author recommends reading until you get tired. There's more to it than that, but that is what it boils down to. He says if you've got a good relationship going with God and you follow his suggestions, you should have no problem getting to sleep. I found that very little of the book actually discussed tips and techniques for achieving good sleep. There is a brief summary of helpful hints at the end, but a lot of the book discusses Christianity and how to have a good relationship with God. I am a Christian and wholeheartedly agree with the author on having a good relationship with God, but his book does not address issues such as anxiety or other problems that may be a major factor in causing someone to have insomnia.
