We have this set and I love it. It comes clean so easily, even baked on cheese and pasta sauce comes off without a fight. It cooks the food very evenly.

Bought this set two months ago on sale with free shipping. Looks beautiful and is remarkably resilient. I cook a lot of brown rice in the smaller pot that left a kind of baked-on residue when popping the pot in the dishwasher again and again. I assumed the pot was a lost cause when I went to wash it by hand and the residue came off without any effort really and is as shiny as when I bought it. This just speaks to the resiliency of this particular set. I also find that it heats up faster as a result of the way they designed the underside. There is also no burning or scorching. The dutch oven works great too. I highly recommend it!

We finally went back to a gas stove and the downside to this is that most pots/pans heat in the center. The even heat distribution with the Paderno set means even cooking. These vessels are a snap to clean and I love, love, love them.
