I have no complaints about the product. It performs the way it should. The size is a little problematic for storage.

Mon premier Wok!

J'ai fais des nouilles sautées au boeuf, rien n'a collé, en fait la chose première à savoir avec les Paderno, c'est qu'il faut réduire le feu avec ces plats car partageant et retenant extrêmement bien la chaleur, elle doit être revu à la baisse. Exemple; Une de vos recette vous dit de mettre le feu à medium, et bien avec les Paderno, c'est un peu plus bas. De cette façon, cuisson parfaite, sans adhérer au wok!!

Seul petit hic! Le poids du wok!

Everything sticks when i cook, even with lots of oil. it is made from very thin material and i don't think it is good stainless steel. After a month, it got rusty, the worst stainless steel cookware i have owned so far.
