I am satisfied with the quality of this phone; the phone is performing as expected; the sound quality is good. Initially I was not pleased with this set, as I heard static, crackle, hum, but recently it has been determined that the problem I was experiencing was actually related to my service, and not the phone itself.

Looked at several cordless phones before deciding on the Panasonic KXTG411 with four handsets. Can't beat it for the price especially like being able to very easily block those telemarking calls. This set was recommended to me by another person and I would recommend it anyone. Amazon.ca was easy to deal with thanks Amazon.

Have had the phone system for about a month, all is working well, sound is clear, battery life is good, caller memory numbers easy to set up and recognized by all sets, sll in all quite easy. Would have liked a flashing light for messages, but not a big deal. Call blocker not quite what I expected, must have caller ID to use. First panasonic set in 20 years, will see how it lasts and how long the batteries work, last set was a Uniden and it was trash after 3 to 4 years, changing batteries had no effect. It was also good at the beginning! Here's hoping.

So far we are enjoying these phones. We are really enjoying the "Call Block" feature for all those annoying telemarketers. Sound quality is good. Would like to expand the handsets to the maximum of six some day.

Nice clear recognisable voice. Large distance coverage. Only one wall connection necessary. Common phone directory.

It still missing the Blue Tooth connection.

Works great...great sound...just would like a flashing light when there is a message, although it does help that there is a written notice when there is a message.

I bought this because it was 4 phones for less cost than many others. I also bought this because our Uniden phone system went from 6 working phones down to 2. We have lots of floor space here and needed to replace those 4 broken phones. I was pleasantly surprised by the Panasonic phones. They are light, each uses 2 Panasonic Ni-MH Rechargable batteries AAA (no battery packs!). I really like that.

Features: the phone calls out the name of the person calling, nice if you can't see the call display. Setting up any slave phone, sets up the rest (time, call lists, messages). I also like the system for getting my phone messages. I was able to program the number, a pause and the pass code, so that I can quickly listen to my messages, instead of pulling the phone away from my head to punch in a code (all with ONE button push).

I did assume this would have a headphone jack (all these phones due, even from 15+ years ago) however these do not have a headphone jack, so I am using the old Uniden at my desk. That is fine. They do have a good speaker phone on each handheld unit, although that isn't private and hands free like a headphone jack and a belt clip (found on the Uniden).

Last night I went to bed, and the flashing message light was so bright I had to get up and check the messages! I guess that is a good feature, as I am bad at checking the messages. I would recommend these phones, I just hope they last.
