Papa's Gift is a touching story with beautiful illustrations. It tells about the love between a grandfather and granddaughter, and how the child copes with the loss of her grandfather with the help of a special gift. This book is perfect for helping children deal with the many emotions of grief and the challenges of faith, and it ends on a hopeful note. The message is for adults as well as children. This is a wonderful book to own, and to give as a gift.

This is a great book - every time I read it - It brings tears to my eyes - remembering how wonderful my grandpa was and all of the very special memories and times we shared. This is an amazing story - especially if a child has lost a grandparent - it allows them to be able to talk about all they are feeling - the anger, saddness, and loss.
