We just returned from watching Paul Potts performing here in Ottawa, Canada, downtown at Chapters bookstore. Paul sang a few selections from this cd, Passione. His singing was, at times, breathtaking. His performance was top notch. His dear wife Julz was with him,looking as radiant as ever.
It was great to see them again, since we first met Paul and Julz a year ago when he performed here at the Nepean Centrepoint Theatre. Paul was most accommodating by personally signing everybody's cd of Passione. Unfortunately, we had a rainy day, and at times it was pouring. That might explain why the crowd was somewhat slimmer than might be expected. (Perhaps more advertising would have made a difference.) Therefore Paul allowed pictures to be taken when each one came up for his signature. He also sang the beautiful Nessun Dorma. That is the song he originally sang on Britain's Got Talent, thus introducing the world to his wonderful gift. He told me that they hope to return to Ottawa in August, 2009.
His first cd, "One Chance" is such a joy to listen to. Now, on Passione he, as usual, delivers excellence! His voice is even richer and fuller than last year. His personality still emits the same humility and kindness in appreciating his audience as in 2007 when we all first became aware of Paul Potts.
We thank you, dear Paul.

I was very please by this CD. It is wonderful to hear the music and the feelings behind the love of singing he has.

Wonderfully sensual
Potts music takes me away to Italy and I imagine being in Venice . . .beautiful music to listen to alone or with someone special.

Much better than his first album, glad I purchased. Critics must know, as with all "stars", it's much more than just his vocal talent.
