This is a must for any fan of Doreen Virtue. I bought a previous meditation tape for manifesting with the angels, and I was so impressed with the voice of Virtue and her explanations that I had to buy more from her. If you are looking to uncover your own past lives without trying to find an expensive regressionist, this is for you. The first time I tried it, I actually regressed to a life where I was able to prove it based on records that I uncovered in the regression!! This is a must for anyone on their search for their real past.

Come and explore the world of past life regression with noted spiritual psychotherapist Dr. Doreen Virtue and the angelic realm. Dr. Virtue provides key insights into exploring past lives, and specifically addresses questions that skeptics may have. She shares that she herself is a former skeptic of past lives, and how undergoing a hypnotherapy session helped her unlock vital information from past lives that have helped her come to clarity with her present life.

Dr. Virtue also leads you through an amazing guided meditation where you will experience a very safe, relaxing journey with your angels into your past lives. The emphasis is on healing any unresolved issues you may have in your current life, such as blocks to having healthy love relationships or healthy finances. This audiobook packs a powerful punch! I was really not prepared for the ennormity of the correlations between the life I am living now and the (two)lives I briefly experienced while in the regression. It makes alot of sense afterward and helps you to see yourself and your actions in this life in a detached way. I will definitely play it again but need time just to absorb the enormity of the lessons of my past life and how they relate to how I live this life.
I would reccomend it to anyone seeking greater self-knowlege.
