De belles images, des recettes souvent simples, parfois plus complexes, mais toujours d�licieuses. On y d�couvre aussi des combinaisons d'ingr�dients assez original, qui nous fait d�couvrir de nouveau gouts.

petit d�faut: il manque parfois d'explications, par exemple, dans une recette, on demande de cuire les p�tes � l'air libre... je n'ai aucune id�e de la m�thode � utiliser? une p�te � l'air libre sa ne cuit pas!

Ce livre � tout de la cuisine italienne a son meilleur: savoureuse, inspirante, invitante et surtout, un go�t qui pla�t � tous.
