It is not a book to read and leave it a side. I borrowed that from the library and started to read I realiozed this a book you need to read over and over. It teaches you good theories and life skills. You would realy have a peace of mind, when you read that book. which is the reason I bought this book.

I bought this book in a discount store in Rotterdam (no, not at Amazon, sorry guys) and never regretted it. When stress threatens to get you in its grip, it is helpful to sit back and read one page, and make you aware of what is really valuable in life... health, sanity, relationships. Thank you, Amy.

This is a nice, simple daily reading book. It has concise, helpful thoughts for a life of "less stress". But it has nothing to do with meditation.

I was disappointed to find this book is not instructive if one wants to learn more about real meditation.
