Her technique of pyramid training for both the upper body and lower body have you using weights for definition but your cardio is up the entire time burning twice the calories. If you've got 50 minutes, double up your workout and do both work outs (upper and lower) or if you have 1/2 an hour choose one at a time and you'll still feel the burn.
