This is an awesome product my dogs just love it only took an hour to put in, dogs figured it out in two minutes I recommend this door for anyone that's tired on getting up to let your dog out.

I was very excited to start the install of this this morning. Traced out the cut out onto the door to install it onto. Made the needed cuts. Then realized the template they have included in this kit creates such a large hole that the product only has 1/4" overlap with the door. They have included weather stripping with the kit. It is practicly useless as A) it's not sticky on one side, and B) There is not enough overlap to hold into place. I'm now planning to purchase sticky weather strip to help with assembly. I've called their customer service and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, the operator was willing ot listen, but unable to do anything. I tried to keep the phone call short as the operator was doing the heavy breathing phone thing the whole time.
Wish I had just ordered the replacemnet flap and lived with the cold draft.
