Not what I expected,

I my old Plantronics headset just broke. I loved it with all of its features. Of course I bought a new one. This one is difficult to fit to my ear, there is a volume switch that is either softer or louder but it has no volume control as such. It seems much more fragile than the last one and for much the same price. This may be a case of the company giving us less to keep the prices under control or it could be that buying online, you can't really see what you are getting. So...it is not what I expected. On the other hand, the sound is good and I have decided to keep it so that I don't have to go through the hassles of sending it back...so...It is not bad, just know what you are getting.

I honestly rave about my bluetooth by Plantronics, and now I can do the same for this headset for my home phone. I do wish it fit a little more snugly into my ear than it does, but it's no big deal at all, and does not affect my use of it at all. Another good functional product from Plantronics!
