This is an excellent book (although a little outdated) with dozens of examples of poster ART. I believe that the poster is a genuine art form and can have all the power and expressive qualities of fine art. Posters also have the advantage of having words to use as art. Poster Art offers examples of posters that go far beyond the commercial or service message they may contain. It clearly shows that the poster has not died or has been superseded by the computer. If anything, the computer allows the designer more choices and tools. I recommend it to all you poster artists out there. Chuck
