Rangers can always smell a rat -- even from space -- and just as Cam busts out a wild cyber version of himself to handle his double duties, the Fragra monster is turning everyone into perfume! Things get more brutal when Lothor and Mr. Ratwell unleash a love potion to chill Lothor's bad boy image. Meanwhile, Lothor's nasty nieces accidentally trade away his P.A.M. (personal alien manager), wreaking unearthly havoc when it falls into the wrong hands. But it's Marah and Queen Beevil that deliver the ultimate sting when they scheme on Dustin, and the only way to get the aliens to buzz off is ninja swords in Gold Mode!

Of the 5 (so far) available Ninja Storm DVDs, this isn't my favorite. But I'm such a Hunter/Blake fan, that I can't be unbiased. Good Will Hunter was the best from the episodes, with All About Beevil coming in close 2nd. I just wasn't a fan of Scent of a Ranger, but CyberCam was amusing. The DVD is a must for Ninja Storm fans, but Looming Thunder and Lightening Strikers were my favorites.

I would have given this five stars for the great episodes that it had but as with all the other Power Ranger DVDs I have they never finish a whole series. So if someone in charge at Disney is reading this I (and am sure a lot more) want you guys to release the rest of the DVDs or make a complete series set for each of the seasons. Otherwise great introduction of Cyber-Cam to the lot after Cam got his own Ranger Powers.
