Really loved this book......as an avid runner/triathlete i am always looking for reads to compliment my training and my holidays. This book covers the passion and the professional which i really enjoyed as i could relate and be inspired all in the same book. Definately recommend it.

This book is a collection of articles that the author had published in Canadian and Austrlian sports magazine. It comprises of 12 interviews with a wide variety of triathles and runners, from the elite to the weekend warrior. The final article is about what it takes to run a marathon and has tips and strategies from 2 coaches.The author skillfully allows the athletes their own voice and the interviews are informative, inspiring and well paced.
I very much enjoyed this book.

As a triathlete and a runner, I found this book very inspirational. I've read loads of books on training, diet, and technique but it's great to hear about the stories behind some of the most successful athletes in the sport. It's also very easy to read as each chapter has its own distinct story. Definitely will recommend to fellow triathlon teammates as a must read!
