Great Gift for Early Stage Mother/Father to Be,

I bought this book for my cousin-in-law when she was about 1 month pregnant. She and my cousin loved the book and were able to visually follow the growth of the baby day-by-day with helpful information tailored to Canadian parents. My cousin was not a book person, but he enjoyed looking at the pictures, which gave him a sense of involvement. Highly recommended. The couple plane on passing the book to me when I get pregnant--getting married next month, and we will go from there!

I received this book as a gift and had looked through about two thirds of it in about 2 hours! I found this book to be very interesting - having info day by day was neat, but seeing the full colour pictures was the part that I loved the most! The content is Canadian which is a nice change from other books. There were a couple things that seemed dated, regardless of the fact that it was just published in December 2009 - one was the recommendation of a drop-side crib - but overall the information was well laid out and interesting to read!
