This is a great prenatal cardio workout - it's easy to follow, gets your heart rate up, but is easy on your joints. Erin O'Brien also does a wonderful job of reminding you to breathe, drink water, and watch your RPE while working out.
However, the sound quality is awful. I appreciate that the video was filmed in what looks like to be someone's living room, but it also sounds that way. I'm fairly certain the only microphone used was the built-in one on the camera. It made it difficult to hear all her cues, especially if she moved away from her central point on the floor, or sat down.
Also, the numerous cutaways, distorting of the picture, and Erin running off camera to use the bathroom, was amateurish and distracting. Coupled with the sound issues, it actually feels and looks like a home video.
I expected a lot better quality for the price I paid. I did like the workout and will continue to use it, but I doubt I will ever buy another video from Acacia.
