I caught the first episode of season 2 when it aired in August - mostly due to the fact that there was nothing else remotely interesting on that night. However, having not even seen the first season, that episode hooked me completely. I went out and bought the first season DVDs and it was some of the best money I have ever spent. This is seriously addictive TV. Sure the plot lines can be a tad ah...implausible. But so what? The acting, writing and production value are all superb. I actually care about these characters, which is more than I can say for a lot of shows that I've watched recently.

If you like conspiracy plots and stories about people being on the run, you'll probably like Prison Break. If you liked the movies "The Fugitive" and "The Shawshank Redemption", then you'll probably like Prison Break. And finally if you enjoy shows that address the sacrifices made in the name of family, you'll probably like Prison Break. Plus there's romance!! Oooh aaaaah.

Aside from the fact that I would gladly watch Wentworth Miller read the phone book,this show is so addictive it should have a warning label on it!
This show has everything you could ask for:hunky guys,conspiracy,riots,friendship,brotherhood and even romance. I highly recommend this DVD set but be prepared to burn the midnight oil,because once you start watching,you can't stop!

I started watching this show at the end of the first episode. I watched the entire second episode and was hooked. Everyone that I know that has seen the show, has fallen in love with it and everyone that I have recommended it to is hooked. Till this day I can't go to work without having a small discussion about the show with co-workers because of the buzz it generates. If you haven't seen it, I envy you because you will get to experience it first hand just like I wish I could do again. Enjoy because you have no choice.
