HASH(0x993eab58) out of 5 stars Everything you need to know Feb. 2 2012
By Mieu - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This was the only book I bought to prepare myself for the Psych AP. As a home-schooler, I hadn't had the opportunity to take the AP course at a high school, but was familiar with the study of psychology. This book presented an excellently organized laundry list of EXACTLY what I needed to focus on and explained the topics quite well. It guided my research and pointed me in the direction of all the famous names that would appear. I used it as a spring-board to my Wikipedia explorations; if a topic wasn't covered very in-depth, I would often research it a little on my own to get a broader understanding. Most times, however, this wasn't necessary.

In 2 months' study, I earned a score of 5. Absolutely worth it for Psych AP takers!

HASH(0x99347db0) out of 5 stars helped me get a 5 April 21 2012
By NFS - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
this is very concise. used this the night before the exam. and it REALLY helped refresh everything I learned through out the year. i ended up with a 5 on this exam. i also bought barrons flash cards but those were a waste since i couldn't find the time to cram them the night before. if you already know most of the stuff but need a quick refresher on the facts and stuff, this book will be very effective in pushing it all out to the front of your memory. but if you didn't really pay much attention in class and don't know much by now, perhaps this might still possibly help you if you are a good crammer (im not). good luck, and remember, the ap test isn't impossibly hard!

HASH(0x993eaa74) out of 5 stars An Excellent Choice Aug. 30 2013
By Arianna - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This book is nice and concise. It focuses solely on the subjects that frequently appear on the AP exams so you do not waste any of your time studying facts that probably won't even be on the exam.

I highly recommend this book to the last minute studier- perfect for cramming and still receiving a satisfactory score.

HASH(0x99287204) out of 5 stars All you need to know for the AP exam July 14 2012
By Wu Chong - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This book covers all you'll need to know to ace the AP Psychology exam. I had a great AP Psychology teacher, so going through this book once in the days leading up to the AP exam was more than enough for me to comfortably get a 5. And after recommending this book to my friends with worse teachers, they raved about how this prep book saved their AP test scores. I highly recommend this book to all AP Psych students, especially those who are short on time or those who don't have the best teachers.
