2.0 out of 5 stars Redundant June 6 2010
By G. Tavarez - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Spiral-bound|Verified Purchase
This text is very redundant! If you read the detailed table of contents, and the chapter's outline there is no need to read the text!! However, the suggested topics are very helpful!
5.0 out of 5 stars GUARANTEED AN 'A' THIS SEMESTER July 19 2014
By ISLAND GURL - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Spiral-bound|Verified Purchase
I got an A in speech because of this book. This handbook was very discriptive, and informative. Each chapter gave an indept on areas of public speaking that will help us when giving a speech, be it short or long. Also, the bullet points and summary at the end of each chapter is great for quick reviews, test takings and follow-ups. Most importantly, the price was very good, comparing to my book store at school.
5.0 out of 5 stars Another Textbook Feb. 18 2014
By Harley Tech - Published on Amazon.com

What can I say, its just another textbook. It came on time and in good condition from the seller. The book was fairly easy to read, and I don't suspect anyone just buying up this book unless you have to have it for class. Honestly, we used it maybe once or twice during the entire semester. Anyways, if this is the book you need, go for it.

I am using this instead of the current edition. It's working out great for fraction of the price of the new book.

this book looks very neat, no scribbles or any marks written anywhere. Also, it has very useful information plus helpful tips on public speaking.
