Read this book to a couple of preschool classes and a second grade class. The children loved this book! They particularly laughed when the puppy runs to the household cat because "the children have gone crazy!" Puppy doesn't understand the craziness of Christmas, but soon learns with the help of Cat and Santa. The adorable illustrations and the puppy's innocent reaction make this a book exceptionally fun for the 4-7 age crowd especially.
