Push The Sky Away was produced by Nick Launay and recorded at La Fabrique, a recording studio based in a 19th Century mansion in the South of France, where the walls of the main studio are lined with an immense collection of classical vinyl. Push The Sky Away is the first album on the band's own label, Bad Seed Ltd.

This new album lacks some of the deeply evocative soul-wrenching lyricism of the past but there is a thoughtful, almost playful, turn of phrase here and there and a coherency that makes the work a delight.

Wow!
Nick Cave delivers every time. Superb song writer. Can do no wrong in my book. His recent concert at Massey Hall was simply the best rock gig that I had been to for years.

amazing.
This album shows a mature Nick Cave at his best. There isn't a bad song on the album. I love his lyricism and i love his musicality. Great stuff.
