For the price difference, and considering the age of the series, we skipped the bluray on this one, and we've not regretted it. The DVDs themselves are designed as different pies, which is interesting as the physical discs are seldom interesting in themselves.
You're not getting this for it's physical presence though, but for the wonderful time you'll have watching it again and again.
