Dancing is my favorite form of exercise, as it's not really exercise for me it's fun, and Robin emphasizes the whole way through the workout.
I have the first PCD workout, therefore I just had to have this one too. It is just as enjoyable as the first one if not more so, the routines are a little faster and keep you moving. Robin and the girls are wonderful, they constantly repeat moves in the break down section of the choreography, where you get to learn the moves before moving on. This is perfect for any beginners.
Ladies, the PCD dance workouts are not so complex that you feel out of your depth, but they aren't super easy either, you get a effective enjoyable workout, that you can feel.
Robin and her girls are fantastic and I really hope they do another workout soon.
