This plate worked perfectly for me, aside from the RCA port, I use all the connections available. Some have complained about HDMI quality (grainy video) but everything is crystal clear for me. Be sure to use decent cables between your devices & the couplers... I use cables from monoprice.com, my run consists of a 5', 8', & 2' (between the couplers).
Installing cat5e through the RJ45 keystones (for LAN/Internet connectivity) was a bit tricky and the keystones were surprisingly hard to close afterwards, they're not the best ones I've ever used, but they do the job. If you haven't used keystones before, these might through you off when installing cat5e inside (no instructions provided for that). And for that I'll dock a star.
The RCA port is not very useful for me, I would have preferred a USB coupler, but that might be do-able via a 3rd party vendor.
No major complaints at all, this was a solid purchase.
