I bought this book for someone in my life who is on a journey and is frustrated that there are many who can tell one what the problems are but few who offer concrete solutions to such problems. So far my friend has said that the book is excellent and that it provides usable exercises to deal with problems; making this a unique book in the field of self-help literature.
