I love these breakfast treats! I'm normally not a breakfast person, but I wanted to start eating breakfast to stay healthier. I think my favorite meal was the healthy pancakes. I love pancakes and it's been a while since I had them, so it was nice to find a few recipes to help me cook them. I also liked the mushroom toast and found it to be delicious. It's nice that all of the options are healthy too! I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to eat on a diet.

MMMMMMMM. I have tried 4 of these recipes so far and have yet to be disappointed. My family is trying to eat healthier, and smaller portions, so this book was great for us. The spicy vegetable omelet is definitely my favorite so far, and actually got my incredibly picky 5 year old to eat some vegetables! The only thing I wish is that there were more recipes to try! 25 won't last me very long!

Super yummy breakfast treats! I'm not usually super hungry in the morning, so making a big huge meal just isn't necessary. These breakfast treats are just the right size, and taste great! The buckwheat pancakes were my favorite! The french toast is pretty awesome too though. The fact that these are also low fat just makes it so much better!
