This is a very helpful book for new teachers and teachers changing grade levels. I have taught for 8 years but switched grade levels. These checklists and new ideas were very helpful! The CD with templates and papers ready to be printed saved so much time! If you plan to use parent volunteers there is great informations and ready made letters for this. I highly reccomnd this book!

I love that this book has CD of reproducibles, but the book is a bit dated. I can't really use all of the forms bedcuase I am teaching just 4th Grade English. Still kept the book to use what I can because it will make my life easier.
