Amazing recipes, simple and healthy. I'm using it so much, that the spine at the page with quinoa apple cake is ready to break. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with that, since the quality of the paper and photos is really high the fact that it is a paper back after all. It was the best $20 spent in a long time, it is a fantastic cookbook.
