Got this cheese slicer today and put it to work. I was a bit upset that it was not big enough to use on a full brick of cheese, had to cut it down so it would slice half slices. And honestly, I have butter knifes that have a sharper edge on them than this thing. So after taking the blade of and running a steel on it, It was ok. I would not buy another one like this and have ordered a different one that can slice smaller slices on a full block.
