I really liked the book overall and it also is listed as 'Over Winter' Why the book has two different titles I'm not sure. The book is a continuation of 'Frostbitten- a werewolf tale' I won't ruin the plot by describing what goes on within the book itself but I just wanted to add that the book was good with interesting twists and turns throughout, however once you got nearer to the end, the story gets shot with it's own silver bullet and dies. I felt as if the author just give up and quickly needed to meet the dead line for this book which was disappointing because the first book was so well written, as was the rest of his novels.
I was really looking forward to this sequel, and although I did enjoy it I feel let down as the novel leaves nothing open in the end, other then my imagination swaying in the cold breeze.

I DO encourage others to read this book if you like Werewolf novels with a touch of lust and gore, it is still a very good read. I myself just didn't like how it ended, But to each his own.

Don't be fooled like I was. This is a REPRINT of Overwinter under a different title.

Unacceptable.

This is the UK title for Overwinter Nov. 1 2010
By Ron Edison - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
This follow-up to FROSTBITE (UK title: CURSED) picks up where the first book left off. A bit too much back story for me on Powell's ex, but otherwise the pacing and action are what you expect from Wellington. I like how he reinvents the werewolf 'rules' as he does for vampires in his Vampire Zero series. Some new elements in this one make it read more like a techno-thriller than horror, but it keeps you turning the pages. And for the record, I like the UK titles (Cursed/Ravaged) better than the US titles.

If you loved Overwinter, you'll love this book... Feb. 7 2014
By Benjamin R. Smith - Published on Amazon.com

BECAUSE IT IS OVERWINTER! A reissue with a different title. I was hoping he'd found some way to bring one of the main characters back for a third installment, but I was wrong. It's a good story, but I've read it and reviewed it before.
