About the Author

She is the coauthor of Raw Food: A Complete Guide for Every Meal of the Day and Raw Desserts: Mouthwatering Recipes for Cookies, Cakes, Pastries, Pies, and More. She lives in Gothenburg, Sweden with her husband Sam Aziz and their daughter Saga.

Irmela Lilja is a health and human resources journalist. She is a vegetarian whose diet includes a high percentage of raw foods. She is the coauthor of Raw Food: A Complete Guide for Every Meal of the Day and Raw Desserts: Mouthwatering Recipes for Cookies, Cakes, Pastries, Pies, and More, and lives in Stockholm with her daughter Ebele.

Beautiful and simple lay-out, mouth watering images, easy to follow recipes, yummy, scrumptious food, and yes, it is raw! Good advice for beginners. No pressure, no lectures.

The meals in this book don't taste very good compared to other books.I would not recommend buying this book. There isn't enough recipes either.

I bought this book about a year ago and every recipes I've tried except one was easy and tasted great. The recipes are simple with few ingredients for the most part. This book is perfect for those new to raw or those people looking to expand their gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan recipes. This is one of my favourite books.
