When I first found out about this book, I could not wait to get it and try out recipes. It is even more than I have hoped for. It is not only for people who are into macrobiotics or raw foods, but also for anyone who wants to eat 'live' and healthy food without compromising on flavour (or amount). Recipes are easy to follow and dishes easy to make...and taste absolutely divine! The book is in many ways educational as well. It is about learning, for some of us, a new style of preparing food, eating, living and looking after our (long-suffering) bodies. Thanks, Dunja, for that!

The directions and layout are very difficult to follow and though the ingredients sound wonderful, you will be hard pressed to find them all in one (or two) stores.

I'll try a few more...but so far everything I've made had been disgusting. I've never seen my husband not like a dish, and he almost spit out the anchovie zucchini pasta dish and couldn't eat a second bite.
