I got one of these and then had it replaced after three months by the regular Naga after it's innards became loose from the glue inside because I dropped it about a metre onto a carpeted floor. Before that, the right mouse button started double-clicking upon clicking it once, no matter how slowly or carefully.

The regular Naga got the same button problem after about ten months.

Razer mice are known to die very easily, just read around. The rave reviews you read are by "fanboys" who don't really care where they waste their student loan money. Spend your money on a better and more durable mouse by a more reputable company, not one that markets itself as top quality gaming gear manufacturer when they sell mice that are glued together in China.

I love this mouse, it's fantastic. I was skeptical at first how fast I would get adjusted to the buttons on the side of the mouse but I did almost instantly after plugging it in. Great functionality and the gold usb plating allows amazingly fast connection.

Love this mouse, no problems and I don't think I'm gonna have any ever, the logo is cool too :)

10/10 Definitely a need for gamers

The Razer Naga (Molten) is the greatest mouse I've ever used. It is the greatest thing, in the entire world. But it comes with a couple of catches. To change the functions of the buttons on the side, you have to install Razer Synapse. The program often screws up ruining my old profiles macros that had taken me a couple hours to set up for all of my different games, and it uses a ton of resources (although, that may be because of the surround sound software that they're giving away) which can bog down your computer a bit. However, once the macros/layouts are all set-up, it works like a CHARM. Here's a couple of my key settings for Redditing: [...]: [...](with /oos on the 2 buttons beside left click, if anyone plays.)

Like, this mouse is the greatest thing since mice came out. There's so much versatility, so much use you can get out of it. I wasn't able to log-in to one of my games because I just put the password on my mouse and completely forgot it! I'd hit the button to type out BOTH my e-mail and password and get me into the game! It's so amazing!

Now, for the second catch... After about 7 months of use, I'm running into what seems to be hardware problems. The mouse will often double click for the Left Click, the Mouse Wheel Click, the Right Click or any combination of the three. It's extremely annoying and makes it difficult to use your computer with precision, but it's a small price to pay. Giving it a couple of the old N64 Cartridge blows ends up fixing it for me. There's also videos online with instructions on how to open it and properly clean it out, but I'd rather not deal with that.

I've had the Razer Naga for a good month now and I must say it's simply amazing. I've found it very easy to get used to the numbers on the left side of the mouse while I'm playing MMORPGS. It rests very comfortably in your hand, and the glowing Razer symbol on the mouse is a great touch. I would recommend this mouse to any serious gamers out there.

10/10.
It's a Razer Naga (I'm a Razer fanboy, back off) but it's freakin red and looks bdazz.
Arguably the Naga has too many buttons to actually be functional; I was playing a vanilla Paladin in WoW. I had more buttons than any other class, and still didn't end up using any keys 7 or above, it's simply too awkward to press in combat.
They come with little plastic molds to attach to keys as landmarks for you to use mid-combat (I.E put one on 5 so you immediately know which key is 5, then move your finger left/right/up/down from there), however I never used them as this seems redundant and a little strange.

Overall physicality of the mouse is superb. The matte finish really makes a nice smooth surface, and the layout/design of the mouse fits my hand really well. DEFINITELY recommend. If you play MMOs or enjoy over-priced accessories (lol, I own a Tiamat 7.1) there is literally no other mouse on earth to go with. It is apex.

If you want to buy this mouse or any Razer product be aware you're buying the brand not the reliability or quality of the product. I was expecting this mouse to last me the next 4 years. It barely lasted 2. Middle click button went out earlier and now the double clicking issue has popped up. The software is nice however if you don't use the software then it's just an ordinary mouse with a thumbpad. Although this could all be a part of Razer's plan create a product that only lasts until the warranty ends then make gamers buy another one of your products. After this disaster of a product I most likely will never buy a razer product again especially not when I'm paying nearly $90 for a mouse. The logitech G600 is a good alternatie for those who want an MMO gaming mouse.

Its visually pleasing and a piece talker. Very handy with all the buttons to program and to use separate profiles for different games.

I do have a problem with the fact that to be able to use the 2 side buttons off the side of the left click, that you have to be signed into the program/site for them to function, and; slightly awkward for use. Its size is comfortable and ergonomic relatively, but as a woman the size of the mouse is a little small and don't fit well, my hand ends up resting on the mouse and partly on the mouse pad. But as long as you have some sort of wrist support when using, it functions extrememly well.

As an rpg gamer I give it a 4/5.
