I like it, but she's a little airy fairy for me. Once she gets into doing yoga, it's fine but there's a bit of kindegarten"express yourself with LSD" type movements that I don't have time for. Love the matrix to build a workout though.

The Goddess of Yoga has done it again. Another fantastic DVD. I've been doing Yoga Surf Soul since it came out and now Daily Energy - it has its own special rhythm. I have every DVD Shiva Rea has done (except the prenatal) and it's amazing how I still use every single one - usually with DVD's we get bored and look for something new. I rotate them every few weeks and it does wonders for the body and soul. ANY program of hers that appeals to you, get it - you can't go wrong

I was looking for a daily yoga practice that would both calm and challenge me. I love the way you can mix and match your practice with the assorted selections making it as quiet or difficult as you want. The setting and background music make you feel like you are in a yoga studio. Shiva is a delight to watch and listen to. She does not talk through her practice but does a voice over, which I feel is much better. This is not for beginners. Some knowledge of yoga is necessary before delving into this DVD.
