5.0 out of 5 stars So simple but so true!, Feb 9 2006
By
Kat (Quebec, Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Reading the Body: Ohashi's Book of Oriental Diagnosis (Paperback)
Why don't we listen more carefully to our body! In Reading the Body, Wataru Ohashi explains very well how to recognise the little messages our body is sending. If we only listened a little bit more! The skin on your cheeks is oily? well, your lungs need a little exercice! Or is it the skin on your forehead? then your liver is a little tired! So simple but so true! This book makes the reader realize all the benefits one can get by simply listening to the body. Very easy to read from the beginning to the end. Buy it! you won't regret and you'll feel better!! You'll see!

5.0 out of 5 stars Another way to see everyone, Jan 18 2001
This review is from: Reading the Body: Ohashi's Book of Oriental Diagnosis (Paperback)
This book is the first book I have read completely through and flipped it over and am 3/4ths through again. I now see everyone differently! after studying the body's different ways with oriental diagnosis for health problems. Mr Ohashi has many macro-micro theorys for all parts of the body not just the feet as in Reflexology. Outstanding book to go along with any accupressure material.
