I actually bought this book as continuing education for my profession, but to my surprise I used it to stop smoking. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to understand this addiction for themselves or for others.

I smoked for 36 years and have quit many times. When you are finally ready this book is a great companion to have on your side.

I didn't realize that smoking was my way of dealing with any and all of my emotions. This book helps you walk through facing those fears. I found it very comforting and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to quit.
I'm in my third month free of cigarettes. I like to pick this book up and read a few pages at at time. I really enjoy it. I makes quitting not so scary!

I smoked 35 years and I was able to quit after reading this book. It explains WHY cigarettes are so hard to quit, which is key to beating the habit. If you read the book and want to quit, you'll be able to do it.
