5.0 out of 5 stars Apache Fire, Dec 5 2007
By Sun Set - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Renegades (Paperback)
This is a book with three novellas. Theresa Michael's Apache Fire is absolutely amazing. Kathleen is a white woman living with her bother near an Apache reservation. She sees first hand the cruelty the white men inflict upon the Apache nation. She falls in love with Niko, one of the Apache warriors and suffers for her choice. The author done a wonderful job at recreating the reservation and the Apache destitute. Niko left me memorized, a very proud warrior that places his people above himself. He was passionate and sexy. It is a rare treat to find an author that respects the Indian race, she portrays the Apache as the Apache really were. The story is believable, not silly or candy coated. I wish Theresa Michael would write another book about the American Indians.
