So far I am satisfied, we received the product quickly and it was as described. We did have an issue where the item stopped working, However, I contacted customer support and they were quick to reply, I have since sent back the broken item for a replacement, I have nothing but good to say about this company, even though we had an issue with the item not working correctly after a few days

Cord works and the price is right. Original cords from Acer are weak and this is why they need to be replaced. Of roughly a dozen laptops purchased by me for my family, the 3 Acers all had this same issue. One of my Acer laptops had this issue TWICE. The first time I bought the replacement cord from Acer. Not recommended. Spend less elsewhere. If the replacement happens to be as weak as Acer's cords, you still save.
