Low quality. Not the same brand as in the picture.

The product I was shipped was not the retrobit product as shown in the picture, but a very similar controller made by Tomee. I ordered two of these and the first one worked well enough, but the second one would think I was pressing two directions when in fact I was only pressing one direction. The quality of the product is pretty bad, search for the Buffalo classic controller instead.

Broke after a few months

Let's see I ordered this in March and it's now June and the controller doesn't work anymore. The D-Pad was also really crappy. When you went to move left or right you very often went up or down making platforming games a pain as you very often ducked when you wanted to move forward.

Controller worked for a few days until the solder point on the main bored broke. Fix it up only to have it stop working again for no electronic reason I can find.

They worked good for the firstweek then buttons started to stick even arrows are cheap, cant go left because the down arrow is following...cheap product.

Poor quality control

At face value, this controller is a fairly faithful recreation of the Super Nintendo controller. It seems however, the quality assurance process is somewhat lacking; using the down button on the controller I received is an effort in extreme frustration, requiring so much force it's almost painful to actually realize the command. This makes fast paced games almost impossible, and was even frustrating in an RPG like Final Fantasy.
