Great product! I've be a professional plumber for 9 years and own several Ridgid tools, none of which have ever let me down as far as performance and quality. As far as torque wrenches, I shopped the internet, I know all the other brands and choices and this wrench is not only made by one of the best plumbing tool companies out there, it is great quality for the money.
