I have been a big fan of the Ripped exercises for over a year now. I recently purchased the Slim and Lean DVD and to say I love it would be an understatement! Even if you are a beginner in exercise, this DVD is fantastic. It is challenging and fun. The exercises are explained clearly, with many different options to choose from. You can use dumbbells or a bar. In fact, you don't even need weights if you are a beginner. You can use your own body weight and for some of the overhead lifts, soup cans would suffice! I never get bored with the Ripped series and I find you get results fast with a regimen of 3 times a week. I have a box full of exercise videos that I have collected over the past 20 years.
