This is the first Jari Love DVD I've tried, and I absolutely love it. It's a 55-minute, total-body workout. She's not like the typical exercise-DVD "Barbie doll" who looks pretty but probably doesn't actually know much about fitness and physiology. She really seems to know what she's talking about, and she's encouraging and matter-of-fact during the workout. I like the fact that there's only four of them doing the workout on the DVD, with two using dumbbells and two using a barbell (plus one of them modifies some moves for those with weak knees). It's not cheesy or overly "bubbly" at all, and I felt like I got an excellent, extremely effective workout. I've only done it once, but I know I'm going to get noticeable results very quickly. There is one brief segment where they lie down on raised platforms, which I don't have at home--I would have liked the description to mention that piece of equipment is needed. But aside from that, I have no complaints. This is definitely worth buying.
